Noel Paul, Founder & CEO of Tiger Careers, served as Executive Director of the Daniels School of Business Professional Development Center for 2 years leading an organization of 20 staff members to support over 3000 undergraduate and graduate students.  Noel coached over 50 Executive MBA students and developed & delivered workshops focused on Career Development, Networking, Servant Leadership, & Entrepreneurship to multiple global organizations including the Asian American Resource Center, Mandela Fellows Program, Business Opportunity Program, & many international students.

Tiger Careers partnered with the Carey Business School to deliver a half-day Cross-Cultural Competencies Workshop for 20 members staff members, focused on Building Awareness of Cultural Differences, How to Work, Lead, Engage and Coach across Cultures. The International Center

Tiger Careers was invited to develop and deliver the James T Morris Global Leadership Series, a 5-month program aimed at developing a statewide cohort of 20-25 participants per year from multiple sectors (corporate / startup, education, government and non-profit). This program has established itself as a unique offering in the state of Indiana since 2020.  Tiger Careers also provides cross-cultural and executive coaching to international employees working at Indiana firms.

Techpoint

Utilizing The CASE Approach, Tiger Careers careers partnered with Techpoint, an Indianapolis based non-profit organization, to develop and deliver Career Planning & Performance Coaching workshops for XTERN, Techpoint's internship program that places 200+ undergraduate students with Indiana tech employers.

U.S. State Department

Tiger Careers developed & delivered Career Development workshops for 200+ International Program alumni, including Fulbright & Gilman scholarships.
